This messy looking Hokkien Mee ticks all the right boxes. The wetness of the noodle strikes a perfect balance that it was neither too wet nor too dry, with the right amount of moist which the lime & wok hei compliment it to an irresistible effect.

One of the best in Sg hands down but quite pricey relative to other hokkien Mee. I understand that the owner fries this over charcoal so I recommend going during peak hours where it will be fresh and steaming hot, plate after plate.Ingredients are very fresh. Highly recommended.

One of the best Hokkien Mee left in Singapore. The noodles are well infused with the stock as the uncle really take time to simmer it. The fire is just nice so there is the wok hey taste.
